So where to start as this is the most radical Chop we have ever had the pleasure to sell. Built by Briz the owner of CCD, Many one off hand made parts and very clever engineering skills and thought along with 1000s hour of labour to create this unique one off.
The build spec as follows;
The Engine was from new, Twin cam, which Boz Engineering bored out to 1550cc ,95 inch and ported the heads,also fitted Head Quarters Cams,which give a very good torque curve,Pistons are Screaming Eagle 10:1 forged.The carb is a mikuni HSR2, & the ignition is a Screaming eagle module & coil.Bolt to her is a 6 speed Rsd internal gearbox.
The frame is a Chrome Moly Version that is rubber mounted, the suspension is dual linkage floating mono shock, its rising rate is specially designed to avoid overloading the engine mounts.
The wheels are made from billet Blanks from All American Wheel, the hubs are handmade, and has PM callipers to stop her.
The very clever par is the the Yokes are 50 mm thick and hollow, Precisely machined cover plates are unobtrusive,inside the brake and clutch line run inside the head spindle, the clutch line runs down the Right hand cradle tube & exits under the bottom yoke. All wiring is Channelled and unseen.
The forks are 50mm Stanchions ,hard chromed, and fabricated alloy sliders. The seat is a handmade one off from GB upholstery, in a tuck & roll pattern. the Exhausts are hand made and chromed.
The back end is something else, she runs a 330 x 17 tyre, the biggest you can get, and the tail fins are genuine Chrysler fins from a 60s Cadillac.
